Redmon being crowned a Beau.....

Busy as usual.  I am sharing a few photos.  My mom recently traveled to New York with her sister and friends.  Aunt Rita brought and shared her box of treats from Payard Bakery in NYC......  yes, I am a bread, pastry anything that is baked gal!  Each one was different an nothing I had eaten before.  We had Beauty & Beau back in February.  Callie Frances is on the annual staff, so she decided to help behind the scenes and take photos.  I have one photo of her with her friend Kelsey.  Redmon participated and won a Beau.  It was a lot of fun.  There has been Turkey hunting and baseball at my house lately.  Callie Frances did go to the beach Spring Break and had a great time with "aunt Heather", cousin Tucker & Sadie and a few other kids.  Redmon has been working, hunting and baseball.  Redmon attended try outs for the EMCC football team in February and was called back to meet with Coach Stephens.  We met with him on Wednesday, March 7 in the EMCC field house.  Wow..... very impressive.  After a week of thinking it over Redmon has decided to join the team.  He is going to redshirt in the fall..  He will actually start May 29 and be there over the summer working out, training and attending some classes.  So, this past week, I mailed off all of his paperwork needed to begin registration and online as well.  I also registered Callie Frances for her first year of high school.  Oh my.......... he starts college and she starts high school and for the first time since 1998 they won't be in the same town or area.  I knew it was coming, but still don't think I was ready. May never be???  For April we have baseball, Easter, 8th grade banquet, Jr./Sr. Prom, Fun "field" day at school.  Lots to do and hopefully photos to share.......

Here are some photo's. I have finally figured out how to upload photographs from my Android.  Old dogs can learn new tricks.  LOL..... Time is flying.  We celebrated my nephews, Tyler 01/21/12 and Dalton 01/29/12 18th birthdays.  We enjoyed being with family for the b'days.  We also cooked lunch and celebrated Mamaw Butler (Joann) birthday on the 29th of January. (age not noted)....   Callie Frances has been busy with the youth at church, birthdays for friends and working on her Science Fair Project.  She worked very hard on the science fair project and won 1st place.  She will compete on March 6th at the District. We are very proud of her as she selected the subject and completed the board with no assistance from mom this year..... Go Callie Frances.  Redmon has been busy practicing baseball and took the ACT once more.  He begins his last high school baseball season on the 21st. Go Vikings!! He and Randy have also been Rabbit hunting on Saturdays.  I spent several days in Texas.  Mimi, Aunt Rita and I spent a few days with Aunt Mary in Decatur, Texas.  Although it was such a pleasure to visit with Aunt Mary and Aunt Ethel, this was also my yearly visit with Dr. Greenberg.  We went to the University of Texas Southwestern Multiple Sclerosis Clinic in Dallas.  This is where I have found a new family.  I had a productive visit, my MRI's looked good. One more year of clear MRI's we can put MS in the back burner and just focus on Transverse Myleitis.  TM is treated the same as MS, thus is why I go to a MS clinic.  You can go to my CaringBridge.org site (tiffianybutler)  for more info.  Redmon will be in the Beauty & Beau pageant on Friday.  Callie Frances is on the Annual Staff, so she will be helping with the production part.  Till the next time,

Blog in progress!

Okay.....  I am still working on the photo part of the blogging.  Will try this week to get new photos posted.    January has been busy as usual.  Redmon has been going to school and working.  He finally was able to make it to the deer stand and killed a nice 8 pt buck.  Callie Frances and I were invited by Michele & Jesse White to attend the University of Alabama Gymnatstics Competition against Georgia .  It was so much fun and were glad that Stacy and Suzanne Mosley went as well.  A real girls night out.  It was very hard for this Auburn fan, but am glad I went and supported those very talented ladies.  My nephew Tyler Watt turned 18 today and we enjoyed a fantastic supper at Circle S Fish House in Lauderdale County.  It is hard to believe that Tyler, Dalton and Redmon are turning 18 and graduating high school at the same time.  It only seems like yesterday that we were talking about what were we going to do when they were Seniors at the same time?  I will try to get photos of these events on the blog soon.  I have been able to post them on facebook so far.  Until next time......
